FTFGUNS REFUND POLICY

<p>There are no refunds for banner advertisers on ftfguns.com. However exceptions do exist.</p>

<p>We will refund your money partially or whole in these situations*:</p>

<p>1. We fail to display your ad.</p>

<p>2. We fail to place your ad in the correct position on the website.</p>

<p>3. We fail to credit your campaign properly after service outages.</p>

<p>If you feel that you are entitled to a refund for reasons not listed above contact support@ftfguns.com and we will review your case. </p>

<p>In the case of technical dificulty we will credit lost time to your current advertising campaign.</p>

<p>Remember our job is to get your ad infront of our users. Your job is to make an engaging ad. We do not accept responsiblilty for the performace or success of your ad campaign.</p>

*We will prorate your refund based on what percentage of your banner ad campaign displayed properly.
